Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

It is one of the most widely used and highly effective therapies used in numerous problems, namely depression, personality disorders, anxiety etc.

It is based on the premise that a person's troubles are due to irrational thoughts that are manifested in inappropriate behavior and also cause troubled emotional health.

Hence, working on these thoughts can help the patient see life and situations in a new positive light, which in turn would be reflected in his or her behaviours also. Since most of these disorders, particularly depression, are a result of such disturbed thoughts, CBT is an effective tool to manage it.

Using CBT and other motivational techniques, we help our clients change their feelings and manage them in a more effective manner.

As a result, the person can also tackle low self-esteem, relationship issues or persistent negative thinking that may be worsening the illness.
